Shipping Policies

1. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your ordered item(s).

2. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you have logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code would have been  saved. If you have not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get  shipping cost estimate. The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well,  so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out.

3. We work with multiple carriers at economical rates and  shipping will be done through the optimal route which will be driven by our aim to ensure timely and safe delivery.

4. The information about the products published in site are the information received from the product manufacturers and vendors and are on an "as is where is" basis.

5. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, for a particular purpose.

6. only facilitates the sale of products between the Vendor and the Buyer and does not directly or indirectly sell or retail any products

7. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site.

12. User, Vendors, franchise partners and all other agents specifically agree that shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of user’s, partners, vendors transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through site/service.

13. Users specifically agree that is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of other's rights, including intellectual property rights.

15. The government specified state regulatory system of Paper works will be followed on our shipment for both inbound and outbound

General Requirements

Any commercial shipment picked up for transit on our Ground /Air network should have:

  • 1. Four copies of invoice (1 original + 3 copies).
  • 2. The CST & TIN/LST nos of the consignor and consignee mandatory.
  • 3. Shipments consigned to individuals who do not have CST & TIN/LST nos, a declaration from the consignee that the goods are not for sale and for personal consumption is a must.

Indian Customers

We ship to:

  • 1. Any residential address
  • 2. Your place of business
  • 3. Other address requested by you
  • 4. We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts or other locations that we do not operate

International Customers

  • 1. Your home address
  • 2. We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, or North Korea.
  • 3. For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Roubles per shipment. For Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Stavropol, St. Petersburg, and Vladivostok the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 50,000 Roubles per shipment.
  • 4. Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarded via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of  the delivery method.
  • 5. We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside INDIA, based on manufacturer’s restrictions.
  • 6. P.O. Boxes can only be delivered  via the Postal Service.
  • 7. You can save and edit your shipping and billing address in “ My Account Section.”

Delivery Timings

         If your order is being shipped from (not drop-shipped) to an Indian or International shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout  or  through an e-mail. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (The expected delivery dates projected are only estimated dates.  The same can vary due to  verification /delay in receipt of order/for tailor made items which do not fall under the regular category).

  • 1. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • 2. Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are:
  • 3. Monday - Friday: 3:30pm IST
  • 4. Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at’s  delivery partner’s end. Availability of these items will be shown as  Drop Ship, Accepting Orders     or Special Order.
  • 5. Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive at your destination. will     do the follow up and ensure the prompt delivery.

Accepting Orders and Special Order:

       In case one item of your order falls under non-regular (special/tailor made) category,  at the time of checkout, we will clarify with you as to whether the order can be shipped when all items are available at a time or whether you would opt for a split shipment (this will not cost you anything extra) or an e-mail request    will be sent to you to this effect and based on your reply, we will do the needful.  The estimated delivery shown reflects the shipping time once the supplier gets the item/s  in stock.  (International Customers:  If you choose to order a non-regular item priced below Rs.25000/- shipped separately, it can be done via FedEx or Blue Dart or DHL, as soon as the ordered item arrives at the supplier’s end). 

The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carrier’s website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login not required). generally packs orders Monday - Saturday. However, orders packed by on Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has been shipped, please be aware that it will be shipped the next day. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, except holidays.

 All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
